Loved it! Had to use frozen spinach, thawed and drained really well and the dish was still wonderful.

Wow was this yummy! Easy and delicious. My husband LOVED this and so did I!! The only changes I made were I used Italian seasoned diced tomatoes rather than roma tomatoes, I omitted the red pepper flakes (DH doesn't like spicy things), I used angel hair pasta instead of the pasta it recommends, and we added grated parmesan cheese on top! My husband said this was the best dinner he's had in a while - partially because all the vegetables make you feel good. Thanks so much for this!

So simple, so fresh, so delicious! Left out mushrooms and threw in a little fresh basil. Presents beautifully as a dinner for guests, and made the house smell like a five-star Italian restaurant. Served it up with a simple lettuce and vinaigrette salad. We made the full recipe for the two of us and had leftovers the next day which reheated very nicely. Can't wait to try it with a grilled chicken breast or shrimp!

Perfect combination of tasty ingredients and very easy to prepare! I will add more spinach next time because I love it. Definitely a recipe to keep!

This is a easy recipe for a quick meal. One word of advise - double or even triple the spinach!

Added feta and spinach chicken sausage, which added a delicious touch, and used crushed canned roma tomatoes since that's what I had at the moment. Soooo yummy, it's hard not to have seconds.

This was very good. I used thin spaghetti. Added a squeeze of lemon juice and a little basil. Agree with the tip to use high quality feta. No "sauce" needed

I've made this dish several times (and just never got around to rating it, shame on me!) and I love it. I use whole wheat pasta and also add shrimp to my dish for protein and it's yummy. I made it for my family and they were quite impressed at how easy it was to make and how yummy it turned out.

We really enjoyed this pasta. I doubled the amount of spinac. Was out of tomatoes so threw in some sweet red peppers instead. Used "fat-free" tomato-basil feta, which was very good and will use again. May try crumbling the feta on top at the end as others have suggested. My ultra-picky husband, who only eats his pasta with Prego, even enjoyed this pasta!

This was delicious. I used a bit of boursin cheese and a tad more feta than the recipe calls for, but it was fantastic. It was a nice summery, not to heavy, lots of fresh veggies included, meal.

This is excellent- even better once reheated. I will be making this weekly. The only changes I made were: I doubled the spinach, used less feta (1/2cup), used whole wheat linguine, and instead of salt I used a lot of red pepper flakes. This kicked it up- but it was fabulous. This is my new favourite pasta dish.

This recipe is fantastic! I made it basically as written, except I used an entire bag of spinach and extra garlic and red pepper. I expected it to be drier, but the feta melts and makes a delicious sauce. It was an instant favorite with my family. I would give it more stars if I could.

This was great -- the opposite of bland! I only used 4 oz of feta (to cut back on the fat), fire-roasted diced canned tomatoes, and a full bag of baby spinach. I also added fresh basil. My boyfriend and I used about half the recipe and I'm just eating the leftover sauce over noodles now. It's almost better reheated!

We really liked this recipe. I made some very slight modifications- I added the crushed red pepper to the onions and garlic so it would infuse into the oil a little bit (we like spicy food!), then when the onions were almost done I threw in about a pound of shrimp. As soon as both sides turned pink, I threw in the rest of the vegetables. If you like spinach, I would recommend adding a whole bag- 2 cups looks like a lot but cooks down to less than half! The feta added a great creamy consistency. A g
