About me:
Though I've been cooking for about twenty years, since I was a child following Mom's orders over the phone, I've relatively recently begun trying new and daring things - like making pie crust and soup. I have two children who are fairly easy to please when it comes to food, but my husband has some, er, peculiarities which can make cooking challenging. For one thing, he hates garlic and I love it. Yipes! Still, he's opened my mind to some basic things like fried chicken and asparragus. I'm hoping to master more basics so I can move on to more exotic dishes.

Great taste..diff method. I take 1/2 butter, 1/2 oil, saute in pan with 3-5 cloves garlic. Toss bread cubes in to pan to coat, bake...etc...etc...add italian seas. to taste.

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed on Jul. 24, 2008 by Mommy_Angie
Yummy! I used miracle whip instead of mayo, and it turned out great! The chicken was moist and tender, the whole family loved it! The only change I would make would be to add a little more seasoning to the bread crumbs. Will definitely make this again!
