Houston, Texas

Named after General Sam Houston, Houston is the largest city in the state of Texas. Other factoids also put the city at the top of the heap: it’s the 4th largest city in the US; the theater district has the second largest number of theater seats in a downtown area; it’s home to the largest medical center in the world—and the city’s temperature really gets up there too. Houstonians take refuge in the 11,000 air-conditioned restaurants, eating out more than any other city’s residents—and for good reason. Houston’s Tex-Mex is about as good as it gets, and there’s a reason people can’t stop talking about Texas BBQ.

Cabbage Roll Casserole

This was great, but I, too, agreed that this needed more seasoning, the cabbage got a little mushy, and the rice was a little crunchy. I wish I had read the review by "DiscoBunny" before making this. I agree with her assessment and modifications 100%! Will follow her suggestions next time. Thanks for the recipe!
