About me:
 I'm a very active guy who loves to cook healthy recipes and exercise! I'm still in high school, but I don't let that hinder me in my culinary desires. I'm 16 years old and life with my family in Chattanooga, TN. My dad has always cooked, and now, as he ages, the chef-baton has been passed to me, so I'm trying to learn recipes. Due to workload and travel, I don't have much time to cook at home on the weekdays, but I certainly cook whenever I'm able! I also enjoy hiking, working out, jogging, biking, and hanging out with my friends downtown. I'm also a believer in Christ and love God with all my heart and soul, though I'm still learning how to be an effective and affective Christian. Also, I knit and do a type of beadwork called Hemp. I dream of going into the medical field, and if not that then I know I at least want to work in a science-esque career. I do, however, have a passion for cooking!

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

This was very very good! I added about 2 heaping spoonfuls of sour cream to the broth mix right before I poured it onto the noodles and chicken. It added a great flavor! Loved this dish!

Classic Lasagna

This was very good. Luckily I read other reviews and only put it in the oven for an hour. I added quite a bit of extra seasoning but it turned out tasty.

Chicken Pot Pie I

This is a very easy dish to make. (My 2nd dinner to cook ever). It tastes good but I had to add quite a bit of salt to the end product. My boyfriend liked it but I thought it was rather bland.
