Scotcharoos

My G-ma used to make these all the time. They are a big weakness of mine and now for my family too. My kids and hubby loved them. They barely lasted a whole day in the house.

Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin

Reviewed on Jul. 16, 2008 by flygirl22
I just made this tonight. I did soak my pork in a salt brine for a few hours before rubbing and grilling it. It was delicious. My hubby said it was the best pork he head ever had. I'm just glad I doubled the pork because now we have lots of leftover.

Pina Colada Sorbet

This was a test for my first use of an ice cream/sorbet maker. It is wonderful. So refreshing and so tropical. Lovely!
