Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed on Oct. 13, 2008 by Verna
Yummy, awesome and quick! My 6 yr old enjoyed adding the cans of broth to the pot. I used 4 cans of chicken broth and had to improvise with the veggie broth. Our store didn't have it so I bought Maggi brand vegetable boullion cubes and used 2 cups of water and 2 cubes in my mixing cup and added it to the soup. Very good for a cold wet day!!!

Bob's Stuffed Mushrooms

These were fantastic! Only thing is, nobody could taste the clams...and since I tripled the recipe for a big party, the clams added about $6 to the cost. I think I'll leave them out next time to save some bucks. Everyone loved them!

Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Reviewed on Oct. 10, 2008 by GIMPYGOO
This is NOT a difficult recipe...I don't know why some think so. Use 2 rotisserie chickens to cut down the cooking time. Throw everything together and put into 3- 8x8 aluminum casserole dishes. Eat one...freeze the others. It is an awesome dish to have on hand for crazy evening when there's no time to cook, OR if a friend is sick and needs a dinner taken to their house. I add either French fried onion rings to the top, or crushed/buttered Ritz crackers. Also, my original recipe for this didn't call for curry powder...it's good either way.
